1. Why I Choose IMREN?

Our team has been involved with 18650 batteries and 21700 batteries for a number of years. We have adapted to the ever-growing demand for more robust, faster and longer ride times and keep with the latest motors and batteries available all using our tried and tested circuit board and Bluetooth remote.

Our batteries and battery chargers are tested in all manor of extreme conditions, so we know your battery is made to last using the best and latest technology on the scene. The batteries are also designed to be modular, so in the unlikely event of an issue, we can quickly ship batteries and a battery charger with clear instruction videos on how to use, meaning your time off the board is kept to a minimum.

We offer 180 days warranty from the purchase and direct contact with our service team should you ever require them.

We provide local shipping service and local customer service in the US.

2. What is the meaning of the “mAh” on my rechargeable batteries?

The capacity of batteries is indicated as XXXX mAh (milliampere/hour). The formula for calculation is as follows: Capacity (milliampere/hour) = discharge (milliampere) x discharging time (hour) E.g. Take a Ni-MH rechargeable battery with a capacity of 2000 milliampere/hour. If you insert this battery into an appliance that consumes 100 milliampere current continuously, the operating time of the appliance will be around 20 hours mathematically. However, this is just a guideline since it varies depending on the performance of the appliance or the conditions it is used in.

3. Can I charge my Alkaline or Zinc-Carbon battery?

Don’t charge an alkaline or Zinc Carbon battery, they are not designed to be charged. If charged, there is a high risk of leakage or explosion of the battery. If something would happen during the charge of Alkaline or Zinc Carbon primary batteries, the manufacturer cannot be held responsible. In case you would like to reuse your batteries, we recommend buying our rechargeable batteries.

4. I accidentally washed my clothes together with some batteries.

This should be avoided at any time. When the battery has been in a washing machine, it is no longer fit to use. It is likely that the battery has short-circuited and/or that it will start oxidizing quite fast, in which case leakage and additional short circuiting is possible. Please dispose of this battery. It is always recommended to rewash the clothes.

5. Where is your warehouse?

We have several warehouses covering most of the world and several support team members in different time zones and using different languages to help with inquiries and after-sales customer support and service.

Goods in the USA ship from our CA office, IN office and they also deal with service and support. Other regions or when the inventory is not in the US or EU, the goods will be shipped from our warehouse in China. Our main manufacturing and development office is in the Shenzhen region of China.

6. Can you ship all around the world?

Honestly, we can. But you need to send us and tell us your address, what model and how many of it/them you need if you are not in the United States. We will send you the cost of the shipping and the estimated time after we send the package out. 

7. How long does it take for the delivery?

That depends on the address of your order. Normally, we will process your order in 1-2 business days. If the location of your order is in the United States, it will take 3-5 business days. But it may take longer if there are any extreme weather conditions. But you can send us, or a delivery company, to know the latest update. If you are in another country, we will send you the estimated time for your location. 

8. What kind of logistics service do you use?

We have a partnership with the USPS and FedEx in the United States. For other countries, we will choose different logistics providers based on the actual situation. 

9. (How) Can I return my package/order? 

We provide a 30-day refund and exchange without any reason. But you should carefully read our Refund & Return Policy and send us in advance if you need this service.
